Agri-food products purchased through the site will be sent to the address indicated by the user at the time of purchase. Upon receipt of the products the user is required to verify that the number of packages delivered corresponds to the number indicated in the letter of the carrier and that the packages are intact, do not present tampering and are not damaged. If there is no correspondence between what was ordered and what was delivered, or if the user ascertains anomalies in the packaging, he will not have to sign the delivery note and must raise the complaint directly to the carrier. Otherwise, the User will no longer be able to raise any objection regarding the external characteristics of what was delivered to him or the correspondence with what was ordered. All orders received will be processed within 5 working days following the confirmation and accreditation of the payment; except for the period of closure of summer holidays, Christmas and end of the year that will be announced in the homepage.
Please note that if any items are delivered after 5 working days, as a result of the shipping confirmation email, we ask that you be contacted by email or phone as soon as possible for timely assistance.
The products purchased through the site will be packaged with the utmost care and will be shipped to your choice by courier TDF-Service or Poste Italiane, with the methods indicated during order processing, costs may vary depending on the method chosen and weight gross of the products present in the total of the cart.
Gruppo Caro reserves [at its discretion] the possibility to always insure the parcel, if it should go lost or return, providing the return of the package without additional charges for the buyer or, if necessary, to make the shipment by other courier.
For the shipment of our products abroad, Gruppo Caro srl uses mainly a private courier and post office, the costs are calculated and vary depending on the courier chosen during the order fulfillment and the price ranges for total gross weight of products added to cart.
In order to guarantee total and correct transparency towards the user, we report below the shipping rates based on the price range of the chosen courier.
