Pickled vegetables

The pickles are conserved in vinegar according to the traditional Italian recipe,  composed of mixed vegetables in variable proportion is excellent to lighten your meals or to enrich, with a touch of color and flavor in more salads and side dishes. It is advisable to keep the product in water for 10/15 minutes before serving at the table to better taste the taste of the raw materials and not to make the vinegar prevail.
