Sicilian olives from different cultivars (Nocellara, Gioconda, Kalamata) and different stages of maturation (green and black), as well as being subjected to different processes (sweetened, incised, crushed) all gathered in a unique and delicious mix under brine called "Mediterranean Mix", a fantastic assortment that allows you to try and taste different flavors and smells with just one bucket.
